Brian and Brandy Schimmel founded Keller Services Heating and Air Conditioning in June 2015. We are a local family owned and operated business serving Tarrant, Denton, and Dallas County, and together, Brian and Brandy have worked tirelessly to build a company known for its superior service, honesty, reliability, and professionalism in the field.

We take the time to listen to our client’s needs and wants regarding their comfort systems; our goal is to build a long-lasting relationship with them built on trust and industry expertise.

At Keller Services, we want to earn your business and are committed to our clients. Although Keller Services is a Customer Care Dealer with American Standard, we repair, install and maintain all makes and models for residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems because keeping you comfortable is what we do best!

We can help you with your comfort needs because we understand that heating and air conditioning issues are frustrating and happen at the most inconvenient times. Rather it is an emergency call, maintenance tune-up, system repair, or installation; our goal is to exceed our client’s expectations.

Our technicians are paid by the hour, not commission based. We price by the job, providing our clients with affordable solutions to all their comfort needs.
